Job Description:
As a Bilingual Virtual Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our team and enhancing communication with Spanish-speaking clients. Your responsibilities will include:
Customer Communication:
Engage with clients in both English and Spanish via
Address inquiries, provide information, and ensure a positive customer experience.
Administrative Support:
Assist in day-to-day administrative tasks.
Manage and organize schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Data Entry and Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
Assist in data entry and document translation tasks.
Language Assistance:
Provide language support in translating documents,
Ensure effective communication between English and Spanish-speaking tea
Team Collaboration:
Collaborate with tea
Attend virtual meetings and contribute to discussions.
Fluent in both English and Spanish (spoken and written).
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and virtual communication tools.
Prior experience as a virtual assistant or in a similar role is a plus.
