PHRN Intake Nurse

- PH Registered Nurses ONLY
- 2 years of BPO experience handling US healthcare account/s is a must, preferably a home health account
- Must have home health intake experience
- Comfortable with handling geriatric patients
- Comfortable with doing inbound and outbound calls
- Familiarity with tools such as citrix, homecare homebase, salesforce, my ability,
- Proficient with the Office 365 tools
- Excellent english communication skills
- Can do WFH setup with own laptop/computer with 2 monitors and stable internet connection
- Comfortable with Philippine graveyard shift and shifting schedule if possible
- Full time independent contractor
