Job Title: Facebook Media Buyer

Gymtopia, the first AI-powered ad agency built for gym owners, is seeking Media Buyers to join our dynamic team, steering ads through constantly changing trends to leverage digital advertising for impactful client results. As a Media Buyer, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting content marketing and driving highly strategic performance marketing campaigns. This position demands strong problem-solving skills, analytical abilities, and a "test & learn" mindset, requiring meticulous attention to detail to manage multiple campaigns effectively and intervene when necessary for optimization.

Responsibilities and Duties:
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to align campaign strategies and goals across the organization.
- Provide ongoing actionable insights into campaign performance to relevant stakeholders.
- Proofread advertising material before launching campaigns.
- Define, measure, and evaluate relevant media KPIs.
- Track and present campaign data, including views, click-through rates, engagements, and customer conversion rates.
- Build out media buys for various ad platforms and oversee day-to-day execution.
- Oversee and manage the overall budget for paid media.
- Conduct in-depth keyword and website research, ad grouping, and audience targeting.
- Maintain knowledge of industry best practices and new technologies.
- Use social media marketing tools to create and maintain the company’s brand.
- Create and share Ad Lead reports with stakeholders.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share engaging content daily (e.g., original text, photos, videos, and news).
- Monitor SEO and web traffic metrics.
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Work with marketing professionals to develop social media marketing campaigns.
- Interact with customers and stakeholders via the company’s social media accounts.
- Analyze the company’s digital marketing plan and social media strategy, identifying strategic weaknesses and making improvement recommendations.
- Educate other staff on the use of social media and promote its use within the company.

Qualifications:
- Firm understanding of digital ad strategy and principles.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a media buyer.
- Hands-on experience with advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook) Ads Manager, etc.
- Strong data analysis and reporting skills, preferably with experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English.
- Experience working with programmatic advertising partners is a plus.
- Must have experience or be willing to work the graveyard shift.
