Position Overview:
As a Telesales/Appointment Setter with Carma Automotive Group, you will be responsible for proactively reaching out to potential clients and setting appointments for our sales team. The role involves utilizing your excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and experience in a dual monitor setup. Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential clients using a dual monitor setup.
2. Build rapport with prospects and understand their needs through effective communication.
3. Set qualified appointments for the sales team based on client requirements.
4. Adapt to different client personalities and objections without relying on a script.
5. Document and update lead information accurately in the CRM system.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of appointments.
7. Meet or exceed weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in telesales or appointment setting.
2. Proven success in a dual monitor setup environment.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to think on your feet and adapt to varying client responses.
5. Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
6. Familiarity with CRM systems for lead management.
