JOB OVERVIEW

We're looking for someone super organized, detail-oriented, and ready to take the lead. If you're a Graphic Designer who loves whipping up designs that hit the mark for our clients, you're the one we want.

Beyond being organized and detail-savvy, nailing layout design is a big deal here. As a Graphic Designer, you'll be the go-to person for creating eye-catching reports and marketing collateral that keep things interesting and easy to grasp. And hey, our gig involves teaming up with nonprofits, so your creative touch will play a key role in telling stories that make a real impact for these organizations. REQUIREMENTS: Availability to work during PST/EST business hours
SUPERVISOR: Creative Director/CEO

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Study creative briefs and work with Creative Director to produce designs.
+ Identify the best ways to illustrate and communicate clients’ vision while complying with design best practices and creative briefs.
+ Develop layouts, accompanying charts/diagrams/simple illustrations or icon using Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Canva.
+ Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.
+ Produce drafts for client review and make revisions based on feedback received.
+ Review designs for errors every step of the way.
+ Keep up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.

SKILLSET & QUALIFICATIONS:
+ Utilizes programs such as Google Workspace, ClickUp, Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, FileStage, and Canva.
+ Proficient in design principles.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Strong organizational and time management abilities.
+ Capable of working independently and collaboratively.
+ Adaptable, prioritizing and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
+ Highly initiative, resourceful, and thoughtful in decision-making.
+ Expert in managing multiple projects with meticulous attention to detail.
+ Maintains a consistently positive attitude.
+ Exhibits a professional demeanor.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
+ Recent design portfolio required.
+ Graphic design degree or equivalent is advantageous.
+ Preferred: Minimum of 6 years of relevant work experience.
