We are seeking a highly motivated Cold Caller to join our dynamic team. In this remote position, you will have the flexibility to work from home while utilizing your excellent outbound calling skills to generate leads and promote our real estate services, with a focus on growth and a fun family work culture. Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound cold calls to US home owners to generate leads.

Qualify leads by gathering relevant information and determining their potential interest and readiness to sell their property.

Effectively communicate our value proposition and tailor messages to address potential clients' needs and pain points.

Schedule appointments and follow-up calls for our real estate clients to further nurture leads and close deals.

Collaborate with your coach to learn, grow, and reach your highest potential.

Maintain comprehensive records of all interactions and outcomes using our Dialer CRM system.

Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to enhance calling strategies and improve performance.


Requirements:

We are looking for qualified candidates who are positive, energetic, goal oriented, competitive, open to learn, and who enjoy challenges. Our Real Estate Cold Callers are calling homeowners and pre-qualifying them based on our clients needs, while building a connection that leaves a positive impact.

1. 1+ years of Outbound Cold Calling/Sales is preferred but not required.
2. Real Estate Experience is preferred but not required.
3. Excellent spoken English with a neutral accent.

Availability to work 40 hour work week.


PC Specifications:

To perform the duties of this role efficiently, the following minimum PC specifications are recommended:

Operating System: Windows 10 or MacOS (latest version)

Processor: Intel Core i5 or AMD Ryzen 5 (or equivalent)

RAM: 8 GB or higher

Storage: 256 GB SSD or higher with minimum 30% free space.

Internet Connection: Minimum 75 Mbps download and 75 Mbps upload speed for smooth communication and data handling. 100mbps+ preferred.

Headset: Noise-canceling headset with a microphone for clear and professional communication.

Client Campaigns: $4hr USD and up
