FULL TIME SEO MANAGER

This is not an introductory position. Do not contact me without references. must have extensive experience in ranking local, national websites and MORE than 3 years high level experience. This position is for an established SEO company seeking to take our SEO to the next level. THIS IS NOT A LINK BUILDER POSITION

Must have experience managing 10+ websites and 3+ employees completely, from recruiting to process development training and accountability

must have proof of access to websites you are working on or have worked on- show growth and consistency

we work for service-based businesses, not products

The SEO manager is fully responsible for
Technical audits and repairs
on page and off page
backlink monitoring, repair, replacement, building direct and multi-tear/ stacked links, citations and disavowing
building and managing a team of link builders/ citation builders/paid links etc
GBP optimization and ranking results

Candidates must
Speak be able to write and converse fluently in English
be able to work across platforms and willing to learn new ones
be able to identify gaps in content, submit content requests anad manage
be fully accountable to SEO results
PROACTIVELY SEEKING OUT PROBLEMATIC TRENDS AND SOLVING AND ACTING ON THEM
