You should:

Have 2 years experience with premier pro or your video editing software of choice
Be fluent in English
Enjoy optimizing your workflow to edit faster
Be willing to learn and improve your skills
Have some previous knowledge of social media algorithms and how to make viral videos

The clips you will be editing will vary in style but you should be comfortable with these two styles

Style 1: Text to speech hook followed by clips of females talking about the product

Style 2: Story style to invoke emotion and get more customers to purchase

Style 3: *Most Important* compeltion style with reaction clips

This role has a lot of growth potential, we're a rapidly growing e-commerce brand and we are looking for long-term commiment and relationships

The starting rate is $6.50/hr (USD)

We also have commison/bounses that will be shown as you work for us

We also are looking for mostly EST working hours
