Title: Product Sourcing Specialist

Responsibilities:

Market Research : Conduct in-depth market research to identify potential manufacturers globally, considering factors such as capability, capacity, and reputation.

Factory Assessment: Evaluate and assess factories based on predefined criteria, ensuring they meet our quality, ethical, and sustainability standards.

Negotiation: Negotiate favourable terms, including pricing, MOQs, and production timelines, while maintaining strong and positive relationships with suppliers.

Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation on each factory, including capabilities, certifications, and any other relevant information.

Collaboration: Work closely with the production team, providing them with detailed insights to support decision-making in the manufacturing process.

Quality Assurance: Implement quality control measures to ensure the final products meet our specifications and standards.

Qualifications :

Proven experience as a Sourcing Agent or in a similar role.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to conduct thorough market research.
Detail-oriented with a focus on quality assurance.
Flexibility to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.
