Bookkeeping with Notion

I'm looking to have someone do bookkeeping inside Notion. I'm also open to input if there is a way to improve my Notion method.

I think an hour weekly would be enough but I will need more help in the beginning to get caught up.

I would also love it if applicant has assistant skills because I would be open to evolving to an assistant position with adjusted salary, etc.
