Social Media Manager

I am looking for a warm, hardworking, detail-oriented person to take the content I provide and create attractive, on-brand reels, carousels and posts for social media. I am a Christian Women’s Business Coach and this is a new position on my small team. The goal of this position is to free up time for me, provide value for my current following, create better engagement, and increase my following.

This person should not mind learning exactly how the business owner wants things to look and will prioritize learning the voice of the brand. I am not interested in pushing out generic content but want it to really serve my audience and be in alignment with our mission to serve Christian women with quality content and resources.

Responsibilities
Create attractive, on-brand reels, carousels and posts using content provided (Will not be creating content from scratch; will be given the videos, quotes, etc. to use.)
Post content to Instagram and Facebook
Engage with other accounts on Instagram
Be on top of and implement latest social media trends
Research and use best hashtags to increase engagement and following
Analyze post insights and ad campaign data
Watch long-form videos and pull content from those videos to use in reels

There may be an opportunity for this position to expand to include content creation in the future but in the beginning, all content will be provided.

Skills and Qualifications
Experience as a social media manager or can prove skills through their own social media platform
Experience in graphic design and video editing
Experience in creating Instagram reels and using social media strategies
Knowledge of best practices for Facebook and Instagram
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Enjoys social media and creating engaging content
Hard-working
Organized

Positive
