Property locator and cold caller

The ideal employee for this job is somebody who is comfortable working on a commission-only structure.

A tenacious individual who is capable of working in autonomy and who can accept constructive criticism and improve based on it, has great communication skills, and is good at working with people in multiple time zones.

The job consists in being able to find real estate properties above a certain value and in great condition, contact the owners or sellers and succeed in making them sign up the contract to sell using our real estate agent.

Previous experience in real estate, sales and cold calling is required.
