Job Summary:
As a Copywriter at Lead Concepts, you will be crucial in crafting compelling and persuasive copy that resonates with our target audience. Working closely with the marketing team and Senior Copywriter, you will be responsible for creating engaging content across various platforms, including website copy, social media posts, email campaigns, advertising materials, and more.
The ideal candidate is not only a skilled wordsmith but also possesses a deep understanding of our brand voice, target audience, and industry trends.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation:
Develop clear and compelling copy for various marketing materials, ensuring consistency with brand voice and messaging.
Collaborate with the design team to integrate copy seamlessly into visual elements.
2. Research and Comprehension:
Research to comprehensively understand the industry, target audience, and competitive landscape.
Stay current with industry trends and incorporate relevant information into copywriting.
3. Brand Voice Management:
Maintain and evolve the brand voice, ensuring consistency across all communication channels.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and refine brand messaging strategies.
4. Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, design, and technology, to ensure messaging alignment
across all Upgrade to see actual infocorporate feedback from stakeholders to refine and improve copy.
5. Quality Assurance:
Conduct thorough proofreading and editing to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines.
Stay vigilant for errors and inconsistencies in all written content.
6. Adaptability:
Ability to adapt writing style to suit different channels and audiences, from social media to technical documentation.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a copywriter; 3 years minimum.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of writing styles and successful campaigns.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in using SEMrush writing assistant, Headline Studio, and Grammarly, along with other marketing tools and analytics platforms.
