• Ensure related projects such as automated drip campaigns and nurture sequences are managed efficiently.
• Work with CRM and sales teams to segment email lists based on customer behaviors and interactions.
• Develop and implement targeted campaigns to drive engagement, conversion, and customer retention.
• Stay updated with email marketing best practices and integrate them into Darji Capital’s strategies.
• Ensure accurate tracking of key email metrics including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion. Collaborate with sales and product teams to glean insights from email campaign feedback.
Your Responsibilities

• Solid grasp of email marketing principles and best practices.
• Demonstrated expertise in campaign management, balancing multiple campaigns concurrently.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on understanding and leveraging email metrics.
• Strong team collaboration capabilities with a talent for fostering robust internal and external relationships.
• Preferred experience with building emails in Instantly AI or other email marketing software. Also, experience in Amazon or ecommerce industry is an asset.
