JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description:
We are looking for a talented and creative individual to join our team as a video & content editor/creator. In this role, you will be responsible for editing videos, posts and other types of content for use in our social media social media platforms. Additionally, you may be responsible for other administrative tasks and projects, as well marketing projects. While you won't need to be in the videos you create, the position does requires on-camera meetings, etc, so a good internet connection is essential and being comfortable on camera is important.

Responsibilities:

Edit videos, photos and posts to ensure high-quality content and consistent posts
Incorporate graphics, music, and other elements to enhance the visual appeal of the videos/podcasts
Ensure a smooth flow and seamless transitions between segments
Optimize video and audio quality for various social media platforms
Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in video editing and social media marketing
Assist with other marketing tasks as needed, such as content creation and campaign coordination
Engage in further education of the video editing and social media field.
Administrative Tasks as needed

Requirements:
Must be speak/read/write fluent English
Proven experience in video editing and podcast editing, preferably in the insurance industry
Proficiency in video/audio editing software

Strong creative and storytelling skills to produce engaging and captivating content
General understanding of insurance industry will be need to assist with content creation
Strong Graphic Design Skills

Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain brand consistency
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Experience managing social media accounts and executing social media marketing strategies
Good understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms
Comfortable working on camera and presenting yourself professionally
Reliable internet connection to ensure smooth video conferencing and online work
Working Conditions:
This is a remote position, and you will work from your own location
Some on camera work will be needed as well as on camera meetings with team
The position may involve working on multiple projects simultaneously and managing deadlines
Collaboration with team members will primarily be done through online communication channels
