Position: Auto Insurance Telemarketer
Location: Remote
Shift: 9 AM to 6PM EST

Primary Responsibility:
Contact warm leads and persuade them to purchase products or services through a licensed agent.

Requirements:
Proven track record of success in outbound sales.
Prior Telemarketing for Auto or Home insurance is a MUST
Excellent communication skills.
Persuasive and comfortable with rejection.
Demonstrated ability to achieve a high conversion rate.
Fluent Spoken & Written English with minimal accent

Additional Responsibilities:
Prospect and qualify leads.
Follow up with potential customers via phone and email.
Meet or exceed sales quotas.

COMPENSATION
Base: $600 per month (paid weekly)
Commission: $3-$8 per call transfer (paid weekly)

Total Compensation: $600-$2,200
