**Job Position: Technical Support Specialist**

**Position Overview:**

As a Level 1 Technical Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include providing phone and email-based technical support for desktop applications, cloud Software as a Service (SaaS) applications, and a modest amount of Quality Assurance (QA) testing. You will play a critical role in assisting our clients in resolving their technical issues, ensuring their experience with our products and services is top-notch.

**Key Qualifications:**

- *Technical Aptitude:* General knowledge of computer networking, servers, switches, VPNs, Citrix, and related technologies will be advantageous in this role. Your ability to grasp and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently is essential.

- *Communication Skills:* Expertise in the English language, both written and spoken, is a fundamental requirement. Effective communication is key to delivering excellent support to our clients.
