Bella Cyrus Capital is a real estate investment and development company in USA. We are looking for someone to help us with marketing efforts that include:

1) Manage back-end system to help streamline marketing and lead funnel efforts such as CRM management, Newsletter creation (emails), Email Marketing (drip campaigns and nurture campaigns in Active Campaign), Text message automation with Twilio)
2) Editing videos and preparing posts for social media (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Linkedin)
3) Engaging on social media platforms with relevant accounts
4) Growing contact base on Linkedin
5) Growing followers on Instagram and TikTok, by engaging on other profiles
6) Research specific topics and provide feedback (Market research, market analysis)
7) Understand the brand and the lead funnel efforts to provide creative ideas to grown and get more leads
