Job Title: Content Editor and Web Publisher

Location: Remote (Must be available 8 AM - 5 PM EST)

Primary Responsibilities:

Edit written content for grammar, spelling, punctuation, and coherence, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and style guidelines.
Layout and publish content on our WordPress site efficiently.
Design and create appropriate graphics and images to complement each piece of content.
Adhere to specific SEO guidelines provided to enhance content visibility and reach.
Schedule and oversee the publishing of 4-6 pieces of long-form content daily.
Collaborate with content creators and the SEO team to ensure consistent and high-quality content delivery.

Qualifications:

Strong command over the English language with impeccable grammar and editing skills.
Proficiency with WordPress and familiarity with SEO best practices.
Experience in graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Canva) to create compelling images.
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
Reliable high-speed internet connection.
Open to feedback and able to collaborate in a remote team environment.
Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.

Additional Requirements:

This is a full-time position; you will be required to work with us exclusively (no multiple "clients")
Must be available to work from 8 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST).
Proactive attitude with a keen attention to detail.
