We are seeking a Part-time Operations Manager for our rapidly growing Shopify Dropshipping Business. You will work closely with our CEO and eventually lead a diverse team of passionate professionals, including customer service and fulfillment representatives, product researchers, graphic designers, copywriters, video editors, and media buyers. Your mission will be to facilitate a seamless workflow and optimize team performance.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the business objectives.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent in alignment with company goals
- Schedule and conduct interviews, evaluating applicants based on their interview performance and qualifications
- Identify and recommend improvements in business processes and operations to maximize efficiency and growth
- Optimize workflows by suggesting and implementing software solutions that enhance productivity and team management
- Act as the primary liaison for all tea
- Establish KPIs and SOPs for various roles, monitoring progress and driving performance improvements
- Lead and motivate the operations team to achieve targets and maintain high standards of performance.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3 years of Dropshipping Management experience is required
- Strong understanding with CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)
- MUST be in the Fashion retail industry, and understand its e-commerce and trends
- Knowledgeable in Klaviyo, and FB ads
- Prior experience with Shopify and Asana is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to analyze workflows and recommend strategies to boost team productivity and satisfaction
- A commitment to continuous improvement and results-driven mindset
- Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in e-commerce operations.
- Ability to think strategically and translate vision into actionable plans.
