JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for someone who can write video scripts and do voice-overs for YouTube videos. This person must be very interested in Formula 1 racing. Please tell me who your favorite F1 driver is, and why, when you apply. If you do not include this, your application will be discarded.
Your job will be to research the top interesting and trending stories in the motorsport of Formula 1, and create an interesting script for an 8-12 minute video. You may rewrite online articles and turn them into video scripts. You may also grab a Transcript from an existing YouTube video (I will show you how to do this) and put it into a paraphrasing software (which I will give you access to), but original scripts should be your goal most of the time.
You will be required to create and record one newscript per day. You will then read off the script using your voice and record it.
Here are examples of the types of scripts I am looking for:

You must have a good ability to read, write, and speak in English. A good-sounding microphone is a plus.
Starting pay for this position is $250 per month with the opportunity to move up in the future depending on your performance and the success of the channel.
Sample script to read:
"The season has ended, and our focus now shifts to the next year. The 2022 cars had their final run during the postseason test outing in Abu Dhabi, offering a glimpse of what's in store for the upcoming season. Regulation changes are on the horizon, prompted by significant shifts in the previous year. Today, we'll dissect these impending changes for 2023, a subject met with mixed reactions from teams. The intricacies of technical regulations, meticulously crafted over years, inevitably led to unexpected discoveries by the innovative designers of the ten competing teams. Aston Martin's rear wing, for instance, deviated from standards, exemplifying the challenges faced. Unforeseen phenomena like porpoising were stumbled upon, creating varied impacts across teams; Mercedes notably felt its effects more profoundly.
In
the realm of tire dynamics, Pirelli introduces a new compound, emphasizing a shift toward enhanced racing rather than strategy-dominated competitions. The tire lineup will include six compounds, ranging from C0 to C5, aiming to balance performance and strategy on the track. Significant aerodynamic modifications are on the horizon, primarily focused on eliminating porpoising. Safety concerns were cited by the FIA, although debates with teams underscored the complexity of these changes. Alterations in the car's floor, such as raising the edges by 15 millimeters, aim to strike a balance between downforce and airflow. Additionally, modifications to the diffuser throat, intended to prevent flow stalling, are in progress.
Weight changes are also anticipated, with the car's minimum weight reduced to 796 kilograms from the previous 798 kilograms. Front-wing design regulations are being tightened, curbing extreme innovations witnessed in the past. Roll bar adjustments, driven by safety considerations, will ensure the component's resilience in collisions. Mirrors will see expanded surface areas to enhance visibility and improve braking circuit definition. Vertical force sensors will be upgraded for higher precision in collision impact measurements.
In
the realm of qualifying, drivers face new challenges. The number of tire sets allowed throughout the race weekend decreases from 13 to 11, with specific tire types mandated for each segment of the qualifying session. Grid configurations will see modifications, with an increase in sprint races from three to six, providing more action-packed moments. Curfew rules are also adjusted, granting more flexibility to F1 teams' mechanics. Furthermore, revisions in grid penalties clarify their implementation, providing a more structured approach.
As the 2023 season approaches, these changes herald a new era in Formula 1. The intricate dance between innovation and regulation continues, promising an exciting spectacle for fans worldwide. Which of these changes surprises you the most, and how do you think they will shape the outcome of races? Share your thoughts in the comments below as we eagerly anticipate the unveiling of the 2023 cars and the thrilling competitions they will bring."
If this sounds like something you could do, please record a sample voiceover and attach it to your application.
You can attach the recording to the job post, or email it to w.g.rabidoux@gmail.com
Thank you!
Sincerely
Justin
