Shopify E-commerce VA

We're looking for someone who can help build and manage the back end of our Shopify store. Candidates should be well-versed with the Shopify platform, and able to manage product listings and update inventory efficiently. If you love E-Commerce and would like a full-time position with a career path for growth, we would like to meet you.

Responsibilities:
Product Uploads: This will be the main task at the beginning. You will need to be able to create accurate, high-quality product listings, ensuring all information and images are up-to-date. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining all products on the site.
Image Management: Manage product images, ensuring they meet website and branding standards.
Descriptions & Details: Find product descriptions, confirming all details are correct and informative.
Product and pricing updates: Regularly update and manage the products with information from our suppliers, keeping information current.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed on the latest Shopify and e-commerce trends and tools.
Ad-hoc Duties: Tackle various tasks as needed, being flexible to meet changing business needs.
Filling out paperwork as we bring on new suppliers
Communicating with our suppliers each month, checking in
Submitting orders to suppliers as they come in through our website
Back-end system organization and creation. We're looking for someone who can help create systems to make our business more organized and efficient.
Other tasks, outside of Shopify may be required. It's a must that you are able to communicate well (in English), solve problems, and stay organized.


Qualifications:
Strong experience with Shopify.
Proven skills in product and image management.
Understanding of e-commerce best practices.
Ability to multitask and manage details.
Strong communication skills.
Problem-solving ability.
