SEO & Website Content Manager needed for our business and our client’s business in the fast growing healthcare industry

Elevate Edu Solutions is a healthcare business development company offering a suite of products and services to healthcare businesses in the United States and we are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable SEO (Search Engine Optimization) Manager to join our team! As a SEO Manager, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and managing our SEO strategy and maintaining our clients' SEO services. As our online presence is extremely important for the success of our business, your position will play a huge role in driving our business growth and success.

Your daily responsibilities would include:
-Send a daily report through email detailing completed and ongoing tasks
-Plan, develop, and implement our SEO strategy
-Work towards organic search optimization and ROI maximization
-Regularly perform thorough keyword research
-Identify key SEO KPIs
-Monitor redirects, click rate, bounce rate, and other KPIs
-Prepare and present reports regularly
-Identify our buyer persona to target identified audiences better
-Identify problems and deficiencies and implement solutions promptly
-Suggest improvements in process and productivity optimization
-Collaborate with web developers and marketing team
-Stay up to date with the latest SEO and digital marketing latest trends and best practices

Minimum requirements for this role are:
-3 years of experience as SEO Manager or similar role
-2 years of experience in planning and implementing a successful SEO strategy
-Proven success in SEO
-3 years of experience in web analytics, marketing, and business development
-Expertise in A/B and other testing methods
-Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
-In-depth knowledge of research principles and methods and experience in analyzing data
-Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success
-Critical thinking and problem-solving skills
-Team player
-Good time-management skills
-Great interpersonal and communication skills
-Degree in marketing or similar relevant field and career experience

We’re looking for someone who can grow with us. This is a full-time position Monday to Friday. As long as you complete your tasks, there is no specific working hour. You’ll qualify for three (3) vacation and three (3) sick leaves after the 6-month probation period. We honor most Filipino holidays.

Salary: Negotiable for full-time work (40 hours per week)
Once you complete your 6th months probation, you will get:
-13th month
-You will be working with the CEO to start out
