Bay Management Group currently has an opening in our corporate office for an Accounts Payable Specialist. You must be willing to learn more and help the team as needed. Our company is growing rapidly, and the roles responsibilities will evolve over time. If change does not come easy to you, this role will not be a good fit for you.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
Education: High School Diploma, with college degree preferred
Experience: 2+ years of Accounts Receivable and/or Accounts Payable experience
Attention to detail
Ability to adapt to change fast
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
Computer literacy to include spreadsheets, Outlook, Adobe, and ability to adapt to new software programs.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Provide financial, administrative, and clerical support to the organization.
Complete payments and control expenses by receiving payments, plus processing, verifying invoices.
Verify the accuracy of vendor invoices and confirm that the correct general ledger account codes are used.
Research information to provide accurate and timely solutions to internal clients and vendors at multiple locations.
Assist with entering approved bills in AppFolio
Load work orders and invoices into PandaDoc
Assist with billing credit cards
Assist with vendor requests (unpaid balances - owed)
Monitor and assist with Late Fee billing
