Are you an organised person, with a deep understanding of the social media algorithms and great written English skills? Then we are looking for *YOU* to grow our social media presence as we go from strength to strength.

You will be leveraging our existing content library to create a detailed social media calendar and post every day across several social media accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
>> Create and manage social media calendar
>> Post across TikTok, IG & YT Shorts multiple times a day
>> Provide reporting and feedback on performance of posts
>> Work with the team and help them understand what is working and what is not

Job Requirements:
>> You can read and write in English extremely well.
>> You have expert knowledge of TikTok, IG & YT (you understand their algorithms and stay informed about algorithm updates).
>> You are organised and plan ahead, you set goals and reach them.

To apply:

We have a library of content already on Google Drive and already post on daily on our TikTok account. We want to increase our posting schedule to multiple times a day across multiple TikTok, IG and YT accounts.

Applicants must write a short plan that outlines exactly how you would organise content, maintain a posting schedule and get as much content posted as possible on a regular basis. If you have suggestions for automations or an additional teaUpgrade to see actual infomber that should be hired to assist you, include them.

Make sure your plan is detailed and addresses any known issues you can think of.
For example:
>> We are based in Australia and you will be posting from the Philippines, how will you ensure this does not negatively affect our account and our videos reach an Australian audience?
>> We want to post as much content as possible. How will you maintain a high number of posts while making sure TikTok doesn't flag or suppress the account?
>> Applicants that reveal unknown factors that we have not considered will stand out for their superior knowledge.
