YouTube Video Editor / Thumbnail Creator

We are seeking a full-time Video Editor / Thumbnail Creator for our YouTube Channels.
We are looking for someone with significant experience in editing YouTube-specific videos and YouTube thumbnails.
We need someone who understands how to edit an engaging video that will increase watch time on our channels by adding the necessary elements such as sounds, text, infographics, transitions, panning, VFX, and stock footage to make a highly entertaining video without continuous supervision and direction.
The successful candidate will also understand the necessary elements to create a YouTube thumbnail that stands out, attracts attention, and encourages YouTube viewers to click on it.
They will also be able to figure out the video's main point and know what and what not to include in the thumbnail with minimal direction.
We need someone who can edit one high-quality, eight to ten-minute video and create a thumbnail for that video in one 8-hour shift or less.
