Email Marketing Expert Needed for E-commerce Email Marketing

Position Overview:
We are searching for a Email Marketing (Klaviyo) Expert who possesses deep knowledge of the Klaviyo platform and e-commerce email marketing. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in driving our email marketing strategies, optimizing our campaigns, and ensuring our communications resonate with our audience, ultimately boosting our sales and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, manage, and optimize Klaviyo email campaigns, flows, and Upgrade to see actual infogment lists based on behaviors, including past email engagement, website interactions, and purchase behaviors.
A/B test campaigns to understand performance outcomes and continually refine strategies based on data.
Collaborate with the design and content team to create visually compelling and highly engaging email campaigns.
Analyze campaign performance, generating weekly and monthly reports with recommendations.
Ensure emails are mobile-responsive and render correctly across all devices and email clients.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in e-commerce email marketing.


Qualifications:

Minimum of 2 of experience with the Klaviyo platform.
Proven track record of creating and implementing successful email marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of e-commerce customer lifecycles.
Proficient in list management, segmentation, and targeting.
Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
Experience with A/B testing, metrics, and analytics.
Knowledge in HTML/CSS for email design is a plus.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
