Outreach Specialists (Outbound) CST Shift

We're currently expanding our team and looking for 6 "Outreach Specialists" to join us in driving successful customer engagements

****Responsibilities:

- Conduct 250 outbound calls daily to past and new customers.
- Document interactions and provide daily reports.
- Work with CRM software (training provided).


****Requirements:

- Experience in customer service or telemarketing.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
