We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Staff Accountant to join our dynamic finance team.


Key Responsibilities:
-Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
-Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
-Reconcile accounts, resolve discrepancies, and assist in the resolution of accounting issues.
-Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
-Perform in-depth financial analysis and provide insights to support decision-making.
-Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist with tax filings.
-Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes and controls.
-Stay updated on accounting standards and regulations to ensure compliance.


Qualifications:
-Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA certification preferred.
-Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Staff Accountant or similar role.
-Strong knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
-Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
-Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
-Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
-Commitment to maintaining the highest ethical standards in accounting.
