Your responsibilities:
Develop and optimize Facebook and Google Ads campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase sales
Analyze campaign performance data and make data-driven decisions to improve results
Create targeted ad copies, images, and videos that effectively communicate our brand and product benefits
Set up conversion tracking and remarketing to nurture leads and customers
Collaborate with designers, content team, and other departments to maximize campaign effectiveness
Stay up-to-date on latest trends, features, and best practices for paid social and search advertising
Requirements:
2+ years experience running Facebook and Google Ads campaigns
Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
In-depth knowledge of targeting, segmentation, bidding techniques, etc
Proficiency with Facebook Business Manager platform, Google Ads interface
Results-oriented mindset and passion for hitting KPIs
Creativity and knowledge of effective visual and copywriting principles
