Duties: Video Editor and Content Creator

Department: Marketing

Reporting to: CEO

Location: Remote

Pay: Depending on Experience and Talents Shown During Interview

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Video Editor and Content Creator to join our team. You will be responsible for crafting high-converting video ads, graphics, and a range of digital content across multiple platforms. You will work closely with the CEO to execute our vision and elevate our brand.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-converting video ads optimized for different digital platforms.
- Create visually stunning graphic videos and animations.
- Perform photo editing tasks, including retouching and color correction.
- Utilize AI tools to automate repetitive tasks and enhance content creation.
- Manage and optimize our Shopify storefront.
- Craft compelling copy for video captions, advertisements, and social media posts.
- Leverage ChatGPT for customer engagement and data analysis.
- Conduct SEO analysis and implement SEO strategies to boost online presence.
- Actively monitor and engage with our Instagram community.
- Other duties as assigned by the CEO.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in video editing and content creation.
- Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong experience in graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation in content creation.
- In-depth knowledge of Shopify and ecommerce best practices.
- Strong copywriting skills.
- Experience with ChatGPT or similar conversational AI platforms.
- Proven track record in implementing SEO strategies.
- Expertise in Instagram management and growth tactics.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and ability to multi-task.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Understanding of American culture is a plus.

- Certification in video editing or graphic design.
- Previous experience in a startup environment.
