JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients
Participate in collaborative business meetings to update key stakeholders
Provide continuous, constructive feedback to salespeople
Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines
Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products or services
Schedule Appointments: Contact potential and existing customers via phone, email, and messaging platforms to schedule appointments with sales representatives.
Customer Communication: Professionally handle inquiries and address concerns to build rapport and trust with clients.
Database Management: Update and maintain customer information and appointment schedules in our CRM system accurately.
Follow-Up: Conduct follow-ups with clients to confirm appointments and ensure their availability.
Coordinate with Teams: Work closely with sales and customer service teams to ensure smooth transitions and communication.
Achieve Targets: Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly appointment-setting goals.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven record of sales growth
Experience in customer service, marketing, or a sales-related field
Strong knowledge of business and sales growth techniques
Exceptional project management skills
Clear verbal and written communication skills
Enthusiasm for the company and its growth potential
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, or a similar role.
Communication Skills: Exceptional English verbal and written communication skills.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and other relevant tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Suite).
Organizational Skills: Strong time-management and multitasking abilities.
Customer Focus: A positive attitude with the ability to engage customers effectively.
Flexibility: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends if necessary.
Experience in the retail industry or related fields.
Familiarity with appointment-setting tools and scheduling platforms.
