Paralegal

The Republic of Palau's Digital Residency Program provides the world's first Web3 ID, which supports the application of Palau ID and ID on-chain. We are seeking a detail-oriented Paralegal/Content Creator who is passionate about the intersection of law, technology, and written content. The ideal candidate will bring a depth of legal knowledge, a flair for writing, and an enthusiasm for the evolving landscape of web3, blockchain, and decentralized systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Legal Research & Support:
- Conduct legal research pertinent to web3, decentralized technologies, digital identities, and related fields.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and editing contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Liaise with external legal counsel, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to legal standards.

Content Creation:
- Produce high-quality, engaging content on web3-related topics, regulatory updates, and RNS.ID developments.
- Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to ensure content aligns with company branding and objectives.
- Keep abreast of web3 industry news, ensuring our audience remains informed and engaged.

Compliance Oversight:
- Stay updated on regional and global regulatory changes affecting the web3 space.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and operations remain compliant with legal standards.

Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify content needs and legal concerns.
- Respond to user inquiries related to legal or content matters, enhancing user trust and satisfaction.


Qualifications:
Proven experience as a paralegal, legal assistant, and content creator.
Familiarity with web3, blockchain, and decentralized technologies is a significant plus.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Exceptional writing and editing skills with the ability to adjust tone and style for various audiences.
High attention to detail and confidentiality.
Strong research skills and attention to detail.
