RMRS is actively seeking a passionate and dedicated E-commerce Assistant Manager who thrives in the dynamic world of online sales. The perfect candidate possesses a profound understanding of e-commerce sales strategies, is adept at marketing, and has a keen analytical mind with a love for numbers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. E-commerce Strategy & Management:
- Develop, implement, and manage e-commerce strategies to optimize online sales and brand presence.
- Oversee the day-to-day management of the online store, ensuring smooth operations.

2. Marketing & Promotions:
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute e-commerce campaigns.
- Develop promotional strategies to drive traffic and conversions on the online store.

3. Sales Analysis & Reporting:
- Regularly analyze sales data to identify trends, potential issues, and growth opportunities.
- Produce detailed reports highlighting KPIs, sales metrics, and other relevant data.

4. Inventory & Product Management:
- Work closely with the inventory team to ensure stock levels are optimal for online sales demands.
- Ensure product listings are accurate, well-detailed, and enticing to potential customers.

5. Customer Experience & Feedback:
- Optimize the customer journey on the online store to enhance user experience.
- Address customer feedback, ensuring their online shopping experience is impeccable.

6. Stay Updated:
- Keep abreast of the latest trends, best practices, and technologies in e-commerce.
- Attend workshops, webinars, or courses to continuously upskill.

7. Team Coordination:
- Work closely with other departments, including marketing, logistics, and customer support, to ensure seamless e-commerce operations.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in e-commerce, with a focus on sales and marketing.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and derive actionable insights.
- Proficiency in e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies pertinent to e-commerce.
- Excellent organizational skills.
