Video Editor with After Effects Experience

Need a Video Editor with experience in After Effects who can work consistently on videos for my TikTok and advertising needs.
I need someone who is REALLY GOOD AT TAKING DIRECTION.

The style of video is somewhat similar to styles seen on instagram with the captions and such, but I like a very particular glow behind my captions, and the most important part is the effects and things that pop up behind me in the video and on the screen while I'm speaking.

I will pay $8-15 per video and I usually require multiple videos done at once.

Most important thing for me is SPEED.
I make ad videos that are quickly needed to upload and run for ads online so timing is everything.
