Dropshipping product page builder / VA wanted (LONG TERM JOB)

We are seeking a talented and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Dropshipping Virtual Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our dropshipping operations, including product page building, order fulfillment, and copywriting.
Responsibilities:
- Identify profitable products and suppliers for dropshipping.
- Source products from various online marketplaces and negotiate with suppliers for better prices and terms.
- List products on e-commerce platforms like Shopify
- Manage order processing and ensure timely delivery of orders to customers.
- Communicate with customer service
- Handle returns and refunds, and resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Generate reports to track sales, inventory, and other metrics.
- Continuously optimize our dropshipping process to increase efficiency and profitability.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in dropshipping or e-commerce operations.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in using e-commerce platform Shopify
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
- Experience creating product descriptions and finding content for product descriptions
- Familiar with tools such as Canva, Slack, Trello
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
