We are a dynamic Virtual Assistant agency dedicated to supporting small businesses. We’re looking for a detail-oriented Assistant Manager to join our team and help manage daily operations.
Job Responsibilities:
Keep records organized and up to date
Assist with payroll processing and documentation
Support client onboarding and coordination
Check-in with tea
Help address employee concerns and ensure a positive work environment
Support the Manager in handling team communications and workflow
Perform other administrative and operational tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Human Resources, or any related field (preferred)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to multitask and work independently
Experience in admin work, payroll, or client coordination is a plus
Comfortable using online tools and platforms
Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
