Location: Remote

Salary: $1,300 per month to start ($8 per hour x 40 hours)
Type: Full-time, long-term

Company Overview:
We are a well-established, 10-year old online business located in the United States, specializing in ecommerce. As we continue to grow and expand our online presence, we are looking for a talented and driven Website Administrative Manager to join our team to manage a new project website of ours. This is a fantastic opportunity to work remotely and build a long-term career with our dynamic and successful company.

We already have a team of 7 VAs, and some have been with us for 6 years.

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and motivated Website Administrative Manager and Facebook Group Manager with a strong work ethic to manage and grow our new website userbase. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Facebook Group management, experience with Excel or Google Sheets, and excellent English writing skills. Your primary responsibility will be to drive users from our Facebook group to our website (drive sales), and manage all aspects of our Website backend (approve new listings, etc.).

Key Responsibilities:

1. Manage and optimize our Facebook group members and postings, including removing incorrect/unauthorized postings
2. Monitor and analyze FB Group members to identify opportunities to bring them over to our website
3. Increase membership growth on the new website (drive membership growth)
4. Increase Facebook Group membership through approving group member requests (and filtering out bad members)
5. Monitor company email account and provide outstanding customer service, when needed from customers
6. Collaborate with ownership to ensure any and all issues are resolved quickly

Qualifications:
+Proven experience in managing and growing a Facebook Group
+Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
+Excellent English writing skills for engaging with Website Users and Facebook Group Members
+Highly organized with strong attention to detail
+Self-motivated with a hustler mindset and the ability to work independently
+Ability to adapt quickly to new technology, tools, and platforms
+A strong understanding of e-commerce and online store management
