Voice over / Video editor for short tutorial videos

We are looking for someone who can deliver ready to upload 1-3 minute tutorial videos.
The process is very simple , you only need a pc and phone , your own voice and very basic editing skills.
You just make screen recordings of your pc/phone and explain what you are doing with your own voice.

You will always get an example video so you know what to do.
