Position Overview:
As a Sales and Customer Service Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive top-notch service. Your responsibilities will include answering calls, responding to new client inquiries via email and phone, assisting inquiries with price estimates, onboarding new clients, and entering data into our company's systems. Additionally, you will maintain regular contact with current clients to ensure their satisfaction and address any needs they may have.

Key Responsibilities:
-Answer incoming calls and respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
-Handle new client inquiries via email and/or phone and provide accurate information.
-Assist clients by providing price estimates and guiding them through our service offerings.
-Onboard new clients efficiently, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
-Enter client data accurately into our company's systems.
-Maintain regular communication with current clients to address their needs and ensure their satisfaction.

Requirements:
-Excellent written and spoken English skills.
-Previous experience in sales and customer service roles is a plus.
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
-Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.-Proficiency in using computer systems and data entry.
-Flexibility to work during the specified hours. (12AM-9AM)
