Packaging Graphic Designer

Likely, Inc. is seeking an in-house Packaging Graphic Designer with strong creative skills and a passion for sustainability. This position is requires designing packaging for different brands as well as for our in-house graphics. The graphic designer job description includes the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing and creating graphics including illustrations, logos, packaging dielines and photos. You’ll be the one to shape the visual aspects of website, social media product packaging, and factory dielines. ** If you don't have a minimum of 3 years of experience in packaging design, please refrain from applying.** ** YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR PORTFOLIO TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS POSITION** Responsibilities: -Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field. -Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign). -Strong understanding of packaging design principles, pre-production processes, and dieline creation. -Demonstrated experience in creating visually compelling and impactful social media content. -Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics and design consistency. -Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. -A portfolio showcasing your creative skills and relevant design projects. -3+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably with a focus on packaging and social media. Requirements: -Proven graphic designing experience; conceptual graphics, packaging dielines/technical layouts, rendering. -A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics -Familiarity with design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Dreamweaver, Photoshop) -A keen eye for aesthetics and details -Excellent communication skills -Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines -Interest in sustainability! -Intern must take the internship for college credit.
