We are looking for an HR Assistant with experience working on US companies (please do not reply if you don't have US experience)
Responsibilities:
- Setting appointments and conducting interviews
- Perform talent acquisition and recruitment processes
- Doing direct reach out to potential candidates
- Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
- Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
- Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies
- Undertake tasks around performance management
- Manage multiple executives calendars
- Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
- Maintain employee files and records in electronic form
- Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits, and organizing team-building activities
Qualifications:
- Excellent English with no hint of accent
- Proven experience as an HR Specialist for a US company
- Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
- Very good knowledge of LinkedIn and other platforms for recruiting
- Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. Paylocity, PayCom) will be a plus
- Good knowledge of ClickUp, CalendLy, Google Calendar, Paylocity will be a big advantage
- Aptitude in problem-solving
- Desire to work as a team with a results-driven approach
- BSc/BA in Business administration or relevant field
- Additional HR training will be a plus
