What you need to know:
Type: Fulltime (8hrs/day x 5days/week)
Set-up: Permanent work from home
Type of account: Events Scheduling Software
Start date: ASAP
What you will do:
1. Receive and process online,
2. Verify orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.
3. Ensure order and invoice accuracy
4. Perform basic customer service functions, like answering questions or responding to inquiries
5. Manage order delivery in a timely manner
6. Expedite orders through internal liaison
7. Compile sales reports and monitor sales efforts
8. Become an expert on company product and service offers
9. Identify new products to add to those on offer.
11. Update databases and customer records
13. Support the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
Qualifications:
1. SDR / Sales Admin / Sales Ops / Support related experience
2. Good communication skills (customer facing
3. Attention to details
4. Good time management
5. Self directive problem solver
6. Previous experience in sales administration, or a similar role.
7. Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.
8. Experience with industry software such as HubSpot CMR, Freshsales, or similar.
9. Advanced knowledge of administrative recordkeeping.
10. Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.
11. Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.
12. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
