YouTube SE0 & Thumbnails

I am looking for someone to take the existing videos I upload to YouTube Channel and create SEO Titles, Tags & Descriptions. I am repurposing Amazon Product Reviews that are already edited. There is no expectation for video editing. You will have access to VidIQ to assist with this.

I also need an appealing Thumbnail created for each video. I will provide some templates in Canva for this.

I expect someone with excellent English writing skills

For this job, I will:
+ upload the video to YouTube Unlisted
+ include a link to the Amazon page where the reviewed product is listed
+ include a very basic YouTube description that contains all the necessary Amazon Affiliate disclosures

For this job, I need someone to:
+ create an SEO friendly title that will have a high click-through rate
+ add relevant video tags using VidIQ
+ write an SEO friendly description to enhance the default YouTube description that has already been uploaded with the video
+ write & pin a templated comment on the video (product details and purchase link)
+ create & post a highly clickable thumbnail for each video (I will provide guidelines and a template in Canva)

I will provide you:
+ login to VidIQ Boost Plan (makes the SEO easier)
+ YouTube Channel access to complete the work described above
+ support on how to use VidIQ, if necessary

Payment & Work Expectations
+I will pay an hourly rate and payout via PayPal weekly
+ I have a backlog of work that will require at least 50 hours to get through initially
+ I anticipate 10+ hours weekly once the backlog has been completed
