Virtual Assistant

This is a long-term, completely remote position for a virtual assistant to help me run the following businesses:

- Video Content marketing agency based in the United Kingdom
- YouTube Channel with 92K Subscribers
- Coaching program with 12+ members

Here are the day-to-day tasks:

Content Agency
- Manage editors of short-form content (Involves using Notion and Upgrade to see actual info)
- Uploading videos to client platforms (Airtable)
- Review completed videos to confirm spelling errors or mistakes in our editing standards
- Draft emails to clients to send our video work for their review.
- Create monthly summaries of best videos for client (using Motion App)

YouTube Channel
- Request thumbnail designs from designer
- Subtitling youtube videos

Coaching Program
- Onboard new students (using Slack and Notion)
- Answer admin queries for students
- Upload Zoom recordings to Student Dashboard
- Manage my calendar for coaching 1:1 calls
