We are looking for a smart, dedicated tea
Tasks include:
-Processing Applications/ reaching out and booking showings
-Recording tenant payment, fees and maintenance/customer requests (We use door loop and quickbooks)
-Assisting with the marketing of properties for sale/rent (zillow, craigslist,
-Taking phone calls and following up with tenants and owners. (we use follow up boss as our CRM)
-Consult new owners/clients wanting to list their homes with us. (must be well spoken, clear English is a must! )
- coordinating tenant maintenance requests
- Recording expenses.
Must be a friendly person, well spoken and outgoing. Your attention to detail is important for this job. Your attention to detail is the highest priority, next is being well spoken as you will be communicating with owners, investors and tenants. The attention to detail, work experience and clear spoken candidates will rise to the top.
Your primary job title will be: Leasing Coordinator
**** MUSTS: Have experience working the USA hourly day shifts (GMT-5 Summer & GMT-6 Winter) , HAVE PRIOR PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE TO APPLY

Starting pay :$200 weekly with room for growth and bonuses
