REI Reply CRM Developer

Manifest Investors LLC is a real estate investment firm looking to hire a CRM and web developer to manage our existing CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and websites. This part-time opportunity may lead to a full-time position if you exceed expectations.

Job Description:
You will develop and manage our REI Reply CRM and company websites. Our company will offer pay bonuses for achieving key performance indicators from the CRM.

Pay: $300-$500 per month + KPI bonuses

Desired hours: 20-30 hours per week

Responsibilities:
- Migrating existing data from Podio into REI Reply.
- Setting up and managing SMS campaigns in REI Reply to generate new leads.
- Importing and exporting skip-traced data into REI Reply CRM and REI Reply power dialer.
- Setting up power dialer in REI Reply for cold calling.
- Setting up custom automation in REI Reply.
- Migrating and coding a new website.
- Adding webhooks that connect forms on the websites to REI Reply CRM.
- Ensuring cross-platform compatibility and usability
- Finding errors in applications and troubleshooting them
- Performing usability and performance testing on websites

Skills Required:
- REI Reply development experience
- CSS and HTML coding experience
- Implementing webhooks
- Basic graphic design
- Understanding of English (Written and verbal)
- Timely communication
