As a part of our growth strategy, we are seeking a talented and experienced Social Media Manager with a proven track record in lead generation and expert knowledge in Linkedin Sales Navigator, Facebook Ads, Youtube Channel, Instagram and Tiktok.


*Job Description:
As a Social Media Manager with Lead Generation Experience and Facebook Ads Knowledge at [Company Name], you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective social media strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately generate high-quality leads for our business. You will collaborate with the marketing team and other stakeholders to ensure that our social media efforts align with the overall marketing objectives.


*Responsibilities:
-Lead Generation Strategy: Develop and execute lead generation strategies through various social media platforms, with a primary focus on Facebook. Continuously optimize campaigns to maximize lead quality and quantity.
-Facebook Ads Management: Manage and optimize Facebook advertising campaigns, including ad creation, targeting, budget management, and A/B testing to achieve the best possible results.
-Content Creation: Create compelling and engaging social media content that resonates with our target audience and aligns with our brand voice and values.
-Community Management: Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions across social media channels promptly, fostering positive relationships with our audience and potential leads.
-Analytics and Reporting: Track, analyze, and report on key social media metrics and lead generation Upgrade to see actual infoe data insights to make data-driven decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.
-Stay Up-to-Date: Keep abreast of the latest social media trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our strategies remain relevant and cutting-edge.
-Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work closely with the marketing team to integrate social media efforts with other marketing initiatives, ensuring consistent brand messaging and a seamless customer journey.
-Lead Nurturing: Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective lead nurturing strategies and facilitate the transition of leads to potential customers.

Qualifications:
-Proven Experience: Minimum of 3 ears of experience as a Social Media Manager, with a strong focus on lead generation and Facebook Ads management.
-Facebook Ads Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in planning, executing, and optimizing successful Facebook advertising campaigns. Knowledge of Facebook Pixel, Custom Audiences, and Lookalike Audiences is a plus.
-Lead Generation Success: A track record of generating high-quality leads through Linkedin Sales Navigator, social media channels and successfully converting them into customers.
-Social Media Savvy: In-depth understanding of various social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices for organic and paid social media strategies.
-Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using social media analytics tools to track and measure the effectiveness of campaigns. Ability to use data insights to drive decision-making.
-Creative and Communication Skills: Excellent design and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft engaging content and compelling ad copies. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Team Player: Collaborative attitude and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
-Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to the ever-changing social media landscape and industry trends.

Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
