TikTok Ads Media Buyer

We're looking for an experienced TikTok ads media buyer to manage our ad account for our men's jewelry brand and input our provided new ad creatives multiple times a week while maintaining spend/scale and meeting our ROAS targets. Understanding what makes a successful ad better than a poor one to access performance and help management make new variations that are similar is important. Will be expected to present a weekly summary of performance and suggestions of where we can improve each week. Must be organized and a strong independent worker. Expected about 20 hours/week of work.
