JOB OVERVIEW

Position: Call Center Transfer Agent
Location: Philippines (Work from Home)
Shift: Full-time, (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST United States)

As a Transfer Agent, you will play a crucial role in facilitating outbound phone sales and transferring customers to the appropriate departments to meet their specific needs. We are looking for a candidate with exceptional English language skills, previous outbound phone sales experience, and a background in transfer agent responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound phone sales calls to prospective customers, verify information and qualify client
2. Engage customers in a courteous and friendly manner, actively listening to their inquiries and requirements.
3. Determine the customers' needs and identify the most suitable department for transferring the call.
4. Efficiently transfer calls to the designated department or representative while ensuring seamless communication.
5. Maintain accurate records of transferred calls and any relevant customer information.
6. Collaborate effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to optimize the call center's overall performance and customer satisfaction.
7. Handle a high volume of calls in a fast-paced environment while adhering to quality and efficiency standards.
8. Keep up-to-date with product/service knowledge and stay informed about company promotions and offers.
9. Utilize effective sales techniques to increase conversion rates and achieve individual and team targets.
10. Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvement to enhance overall call center efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Exceptional English language skills, both verbal and written, to communicate effectively with English-speaking customers.
2. Proven experience in outbound phone sales, demonstrating the ability to close deals successfully.
3. Previous experience as a Transfer Agent or in a similar role, with a track record of efficiently transferring calls to the appropriate departments.
4. Availability to work full-time on an overnight shift, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time).
5. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage time effectively in a high-pressure environment.
6. Tech-savvy and proficient in using call center software and CRM systems.
7. A proactive and adaptable attitude, willing to take on challenges and meet targets consistently.
8. Ability to submit examples of prior work, including recordings of voice for assessment purposes.
9. Immediate availability to start working with our team.
